1. General Provisions These Terms of Use apply to the airport transfer and chauffeur-driven vehicle services provided by BİMİNTO TURİZM TAŞIMACILIK VE YAZILIM SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (TRANSFEROUR), ("BİMİNTO", "Company", "We"). By using our website and mobile application or benefiting from our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Reservation and Payment 3.1. Reservation: Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or WhatsApp. You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information. By making a reservation, the customer is deemed to have accepted the provisions of this agreement. 3.2. Payment: Payment can be made online during reservation or via cash/card after the service. Prices are calculated based on the amounts specified at the time of booking. 3.3. Cancellation and Changes:

Free cancellation is available within 24 hours after the booking is completed, regardless of the transfer date.

After the first 24-hour free cancellation period expires, no refunds will be made for cancellation requests, date/time changes, or service waivers.

No-Show: No refund will be made if the customer is not present at the specified time or provides incorrect information.

Refund Process: Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days via the original payment method.
4. User Responsibilities Users must provide accurate information, be respectful to drivers, refrain from smoking or using prohibited substances in the vehicle, and not use the website for illegal purposes.
5. Pricing Prices are determined by route, distance, vehicle type, and travel time. All prices include taxes.
6. Service Guarantee TRANSFEROUR strives to provide timely service; however, delays due to uncontrollable situations (traffic, weather, natural disasters) may occur.
7. Limitation of Liability TRANSFEROUR is not liable for uncontrollable circumstances, damages caused by passengers, or errors in reservation information.
8. Privacy Please review our Privacy Policy and KVKK Clarification Text for information on the protection of your personal data.
9. Intellectual Property All website and app content is the intellectual property of TRANSFEROUR. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
10. Changes TRANSFEROUR reserves the right to change these terms at any time.

12. Validity & Jurisdiction By completing the reservation, the customer declares that they have read and accepted this agreement. Republic of Türkiye laws apply. MUĞLA Courts and Execution Offices are authorized for disputes.
